Megan is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland with a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys working with individuals across all age groups and specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and individuals with dual diagnoses. Megan’s diverse experience includes working in outpatient centers, inpatient programs, residential treatment facilities, and school-based services. She has successfully treated a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and anger management.

Megan is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients manage their symptoms and reach their personal goals. When working with children and adolescents, she often integrates creative therapeutic approaches, such as art, play, and sensory-based techniques, to better engage her younger clients.
