Krystal D. Waiters is a Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area (DMV) native and has over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She has worked in various settings ranging from assertive community treatment teams to corrections. All of which has afforded her opportunities to fulfill her passion, which is helping those who are in need. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Services and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.

She is certified by the state of Maryland Department of Health Board of Professional Counselors and Therapist as a certified associate counselor-alcohol and drug (CAC-AD). She is excited to continue to grow professionally and to showcase her gifts and talents in this new role, while also building camaraderie with her team.
