Kristy Johal, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. She began her academic journey at Lynchburg College in Virginia, earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing, followed by a master’s degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of Delaware.

With a background in pediatric intensive care, Kristy discovered her passion for behavioral health and now provides care to individuals of all ages. She is particularly focused on treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, autism, ADHD, and substance use disorders.

Kristy is devoted to creating personalized treatment plans, combining evidence-based pharmacologic approaches with her deep commitment to her clients' well-being. She takes time to ensure that each client feels informed, empowered, and comfortable with the treatment journey they embark on together, aiming to achieve optimal mental health and a higher quality of life.
