As a recent board-certified graduate from LaSalle University’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program, Ms. Karikari "Josie" is dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health challenges. Josie's clinical training and passion for mental health have equipped her with a strong foundation in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. 
 

Josie is committed to fostering therapeutic relationships with her patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with empathy and respect. With a 12-year background in critical care, Josie brings critical thinking and a holistic approach to mental health care, integrating medication management with psychotherapeutic interventions to promote overall wellness.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in mental health care, Josie is eager to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes and advocate for mental health awareness within the community.
