Kindred Clients are sure to be fortunate with the arrival of Darriss to our team. Born in Annapolis, MD, she proudly served in the United States Air Force before pursuing a career as a Substance Abuse Counselor.

With seven years of experience, she has worked in various roles that support individuals on their paths to recovery, including positions in residential mental health and medication-assisted treatment. Darriss is a phenomenal group facilitator as well as a trusted individual counselor. 

As a devoted mother of two daughters and a grandmother to two young girls, aged 5 and 18 months, she balances a full professional and personal life. Currently pursuing her BA at Liberty University, she enjoys dining out, spending quality time with her grandchildren, and relishing moments of quiet at home
